These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the STRYX online store and purchases made through it. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and information

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Product colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen or batch. We may correct errors or update information when necessary.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed by STRYX. We may cancel or refuse an order for unavailable stock, an obvious pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible.

Prices, taxes and delivery

Prices, currency, taxes and applicable delivery charges are shown at checkout. For cross-border orders, duties, import taxes or other destination charges may apply unless expressly included at checkout.

Returns

Returns and refunds are handled according to our published Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

STRYX branding, text, images, graphics and other website content are owned by or licensed to STRYX and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Events outside our control

Delivery or service may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, weather, customs delays or other unforeseen events.
